| ADF also runs a short stay Home at Shahid Nagar. The Home shelters married women in distress and their children. These women are generally the victims of tortures inflicted upon by their husband or the in-laws. During their stay in the home they are provided with counseling. The women Empowerment Department of ADF undertakes the cases and tries to unite them to their families with honour. Many a time legal recourses have to be resorted to deliver justice to the tormented women and rehabilitate the children.
